Summer Sips & Seasonal Reflections a Fourth of July Quarterly Review
Celebrating Summer with The Most Popular Tea & Wellness Posts
Good morning, dear readers,
Tomorrow is the Fourth of July, and as we celebrate America’s birthday, it also means that summer is in full swing, and I can’t think of a better time of year.
For me, it’s my favorite season. I love everything about it —the beach, the warm weather, biking, the outdoors, convertibles, sightseeing, the warmth of the sun on my bare skin, the abundance of fresh flowers, herbs, and veggies, and, of course, iced tea.
Maybe you’re on your annual summer break to recharge. I hope you enjoy some beautiful time outdoors. In the meantime, I wanted to give you something special to read. If you're looking for inspiration, I've got you covered. (You might want to save this email.)
I’ve compiled a quarterly review of the most popular posts from the past three months. I’ve noticed that topics such as tea science, calmness and focus, and seasonal herbal remedies were the most engaging. I’m also adding a popular iced tea recipe from last year; I think you might enjoy it.
Whether on vacation, stay-cation, or just a brain break from your workday, pour yourself an ice-cold tea, lean back in your lawn (or desk) chair, and treat yourself.
Drink tea, stay hydrated, and live life well ♡
Mary Ann
P.S. I have a special announcement coming Monday.
