My favorite blend is chamomile, lemon balm, a little mint, and pinch of lavender!

I always bring back mountain tea, camomile and dried valerian back from Greece.

My current favourite bedtime tea is a mix of camomile, lavender, rose and valerian.

I like a mix of Valerian and lemon balm. Also like passion flower. Taken with some magnesium and I sleep like a baby!

I want to do this, but....sometimes drinking tea makes me get up to use the bathroom at night. I'll give it another college try.

That sounds lovely. You are so lucky to be able to visit the Greek islands often. We went once a few years ago and it was so beautiful there. And of course I brought home mountain tea.

The diuretic effect of chamomile tea is mild and typically begins within 1 to 2 hours after ingestion. So if you have increased urination after drinking it, give it some time before going to bed.

I drink chamomile every night about an hour before bed since reading this article. I wanted to comment as I had forgotten to do so. I am finding my body winding down, calming and my muscles relax. It truly has been of a huge benefit to me. I recommend it to everyone now. Thanks for your great articles.

Love camomile! I grew up drinking it to help me sleep and it’s become a staple in my adult life. I also like to use chamomile to help calm down myself and my body as well - love this tea!
