I started the Steeped Stories newsletter six months ago, on January 7, 2024 (my mother’s birthday). Before that, I wrote a newsletter for my blog, Life Is Better With Tea, called Steeped: A Tea Lifestyle. Thank you to all of you who followed me to my new home and those who have become paid subscribers.
Since we are at the mid-point of the year, I thought it might be helpful to look back. For your reading convenience, I’ve sorted past posts by category rather than chronological order.
Steeped Stories aims to focus on the art of living well. It is an empirical look at health and happiness with a sprinkle of tea and recipes for how life should be. I love researching these topics because I am always intrigued by the why and how.
Why? Because a better life awaits us—always.
